Kane Moore is the owner and the lead artist at Raggedy Creek Taxidermy. We are located in Crowell, 30 miles south of the Red River and right in the heart of big deer country in Northwest Texas. You will find us just North of the only red light in town and the Crowell State Bank on Main Street.

Taxidermy has always been a dream of mine. It started as just that, then turned into to a hobby. The more I learned, the more I realized taxidermy is my passion, and I wanted to make my art available to other hunters like me. I enrolled at and graduated from the Lone Star School of Taxidermy, learning more than I ever thought I could and gaining confidence in my work through tons of repetition and practice. The rest is history, my wife and I now run a full time shop!

At RCT we specialize in 1 of 1 customization, no two mounts are alike. Have you seen something online or have an idea on something you would want with your trophy? Or just a classic shoulder mount to make your hunt and the memory last a life-time? We are your shop. Our goal is to make your idea come to life!
